As part of our commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients, we are upgrading the current server (Pluto-LA) and moving to the Quadranect DC, Los Angeles, over the weekend of the 23rd to 25th June 2017.

The new server will be running the latest CPanel, PHP and perl versions with CloudLinux OS, S3 EdgeCache + LiteSpeed Webserver.

We will also be moving the server to our new network in LA, which has been recently designed and upgraded to offer higher levels of performance and DDoS protection.

This upgrade is a major event for this server and the outcome of the upgrade will offer a significant improvement to load times of sites on the server, and will also remove the ongoing load issues with email delivery and delays and high loads on Mail Scanner that the server has suffered in the past.

This upgrade will mean all sites and all resellers will be assigned new IP addresses to their accounts.

We will be emailing out details on this with further information once starting and will keep all clients up-to-date on this via email and also by updating here.

If anyone has any queries relating to this major upgrade please let us know.

Update1:
The Migration have already started and we will update you once all of the accounts would be transferred to new Server.

Update 2:
The transfer of Pluto-LA Server to new Server in QudraNet DC, LA has now been completed.
If you are using a remote DNS provider please ensure you update your DNS records to point to the new server IP.

Update 3:
All services on Pluto-LA Server will be disabled on 27th June. Please ensure any new accounts are created on the new server and not on the old to prevent them being lost. Let us know if you got any issue after the migration.
